Fixings For Tiled Plasterboard Walls

I was thinking of plasterboard anchors but they don t appear to be designed for use with tiles as the need to dig into the plaster.

Hi guys i m fixing a sink to a tiled stud wall. Filter 0 filters clear all. I was going to use plaster board wall plugs but know its best not to put any stress on the tiles. 1 fpr fischer fixings however you shouldn t be using plasterboard in a shower enclosure use tile backing board instead hardibacker board.

What s the best type of fixings to use. Its a cement based board impervious to water. Tiles are white ceramics. Since you are fitting light items only this should work fine.
