The only thing i did different is i wrapped the original resistor with tin foil to make the connection better instead of making a new plate.

My problem is the keyless entry unlock and lock does not work neither does the panic button. Press 7 8 9 and 0 buttons simultaneously on the keypad. This sends a lock signal. Ford keyless entry not working.

Thanks for posting such a helpful repair. All of the door locks will cycle. Most ford vehicles now come standard with a keyless entry remote control. This morning the same 50 of the time.

I know this is 5 0 but i have a small problem with my daily driver and seeing as its atleast a ford vehicle i thought i d get by with this thread. I could walk around to the passenger side and they worked just fine. Changed actuator in that door 3 switches 4 actuators only the door with new actuator is working from all switches suggestions. The keyless entry is a convenience feature on the ford unless it stops working and then it can become a problem.
